Dear Sir,
Our VDC is very poor at its infrastructure development. It’s backward and ignored. During insurgency no Chief visited our village formally. Being a responsible citizen of this village, I request you to make yearly plan on priority basis for the development of our village.
During the Maoists insurgency our VDC was completely neglected. A VDC secretary was threatened to kill for the ransom, afterward no one visited the VDC office formally. The roads, schools, health, post and other sectors are completely neglected. Most of the people are farmers here. They don’t know how to seek the help from the government authentic bodies. They are very helpful. If you offer them any plan they can offer their labour freely.
I think, firstly, you give priority to the amendment of the roads. The roads are still muddy. During monsoon, vehicles can’t reach properly. Secondly, give priority to agriculture. Make the seeds of wheat, paddy and mize available at local approach. Thirdly, improve the drinking water facility. I think tap should be provided for each houses. Fourthly, the streets are always dirty. People are helpless to go for toilet on the open street. Some plan should be made to offer toilet sheets and some incentives for its build up.
In the coming year, we will think of some more. We are always with you with supportive hands. We are to make our VDC neat and clean in few years to come.
